When something looks wrong
If scans arrive with extra characters or do not finish, check the scanner with ScannerBench. If printed tickets come out the wrong size, check the printer with PrintBench. For permanent location and bin cards, use FactoryCards.
To report a problem, choose Report a problem in the tool. It downloads a short diagnostic file with the build and fixed error codes only, with no stock data. Then use the SmartFACT support form and attach what you choose.
